Could it be Charlie Chaplin?
The eyes and cheekbones are very similar.
Itâs incredible that the identity has remained a mystery for so long - and the original source photo most exist⌠somewhere!

Many suggest that it could be Amelia Earhart (probably due to the jacket) - while others think it might be Just William author Richmal Crompton (whose misspelled name appears on Neil Aspinallâs original handwritten list)
