How can Trump possibly be accepted as a mediator when he has come out and called Zelensky a dictator? By provoking Trump saying he’s in living in a disinformation space he’s played the President . Ukraine should refuse the USA as mediators .

Why are doctors giving E 45 cream, Asprin, paracetemol , vitamin supplements on free prescriptions to people who can easily go to Boots or the Co op and pay ? At same time hospices have to rely on charity !
