I put off the gym for weeks just from the comfort of being in my room doing nothing. I had to make it a chore to stay home just to finally go. That's half the battle apart from seeing what you want the workout to be.

It may take some time to adjust, but Linux is kinda fun if you also like to tinker. I like when I discover how to do things "the Linux way". Do recommend to first try Linux in a Virtual Machine if you're unfamiliar and them see if you'd want to dualboot.
