Once you wrote a lot of code with them, you kinda start seeing patterns of how you write something similar.
But when it gets awkward, it becomes really awkward

I don’t see huge value in OOP.
Sure, it hides internal mutable state. But it’s a wrong thing to hide.
And due to laws of leaky abstractions it leaks outside anyway.

I need to do something similar with Cmarkit but I found its API a bit overwhelming.
If you can make recordings and publish them to YouTube or write an article or opensource the solution, that would be great!

I’m mostly into RPGs and CRPG like Dragon Age, Mass effect, Pathfinder, Rogue Trader, Baldur’s Gate, and so on.
I also like 4X grand strategies like Civ and Age of Wonders.
I played Elden Ring for about 50 hours and I enjoyed it but it was too demanding for skill.

let*/and* and let+/and+ are extremely useful idioms.
But I noticed they’re not so popular in OCaml as in Haskell.
Maybe because OCaml doesn’t really force you to understand and use Monads and Applicatives.

I like and bookmark all my posts.

Me too. But I find them more convenient than posting and then having to go to my post to like it manually

And it can be quite annoying especially when you realise it later.

Relatable.
I would just write those three functions myself.
