I would ordinary say “extremely hard” and it is.
That said, their teleop arm control is better than I’d expect. I’m keeping my eye on them.

(But obviously this power system is off board to be clear.)

Fantastic question. I remember one of the prior prototypes put (most?) of the power system in the chest? But I need to take a deeper look. I feel like this is a robot actually worth writing about in more detail… as well as the public response.

I’m not creeped out in the slightest just because of my familiarity with the technology. It’s a pile of parts to me.
The sci-fi parables about them are unavoidable, but they’re irrelevant for the foreseeable future. Why? Because they’re not practical or reliable.

This movie has so many things.

Yeah, a lot to talk about in robotics right now.

I’d choose different words, but a sci-fi premise where “machines that think” are banned is one of the more interesting worlds to ponder as a “what if”.

Almost certainly means they take more time.

Two dudes named Doug and Dave take a plywood board and a rope into an English wheat field and it ballooned into a whole universe of lore about extraterrestrial landing sites.

Ah. I was remembering the compass puzzle. You’re right. They had the fun contraption that made the platform smaller.

Love that vertical star field. You only get that near the equator.
