at home i usually just get some random coffee grounds and add a tbsp of brown sugar and a splash of oat milk! at a shop i only get iced and i love a maple latte w a double shot & oat milk (i like mine to taste like coffee & not sugar)

i don't write every day but i try to never go a week without! it helps me stay consistent! i mostly write when i'm having severe anxiety because it helps pull me out of the continuous spiral if i write it down and reread it!
