Rimworld, hands down, zero question. EXCELLENT mod scene. Otherwise, ignore the community.

Idk what Gibson is doing with this or how it fits in the narrative, but I'm confident that's what's happening.

The sexual thoughts about Angie seem to be firmly in the "memory" camp, and Turner wakes to Angie singing a song about her Daddy having many lovers and keeping their hearts on a chain. I'm pretty sure Mitchell had been assaulting Angie, and Turner is vaguely picking up those memories.

I like to edit them together just to feel something.

Wow. How rare in our society to be taken *off* a list.

I disagree. Carlin has their respect; having been a Rogan listener myself once upon a time, Carlin was no small part of his rise to the top. Musk himself was(is?) a big Carlin fan. Many of them have taken Carlin's perceived silence in recent years as tacit approval of their bullshit.

Hate to say it, but get back on Rogan's podcast. That's an audience that needs to hear it.

The quote he brought up near the beginning about people not remembering what you said, or what you did, but how they felt is exactly the brain rot they need cut out of the DNC for them to move forward in any meaningful way. This is coming from someone who is a PR professional in meat space.

I found this interview incredibly frustrating and emblematic of why the DNC keeps kicking itself in the nuts. Making people "feel good" through shiny new marketing and insignificant tweaks to the status quo continues to be a losing bet.

I have one - the only value I get out of it is printing minis. Gonna get into painting minis? Go for it. No? Waste of money. The regulation bit holds water, though. They (Games Workshop) are gonna regulate out your ability to print minis.

Right on, no rush and feel better. You guys have been talking about it, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't losing my mind lol. Enjoy the holidays!

If nothing else, it was surreal to watch characters inhabit a room together and interact (briefly) in the world of AC. I'm not sure that's ever happened?

Coming from a long and varied combatives background, it has been wild seeing all the ways chuds have fetishized the Israeli military over the years. They represent the pinnacle of tacti-cool.

What a lopsided article. The top 50% boiling down to "he played a popular video game," and the bottom 50% being crammed with... all of the other, way more interesting and relevant information.

For anyone looking in, it would be easy to assume that the average, middle-america, conservative was pro healthcare-CEO. Before 1000 pounds of bullshit got added to the stew, that didn't seem to be the case.

Just one example. It's difficult for anyone, especially those without any kind of media training, to get a sense of the social landscape that surrounds them when every issue is astroturfed to hell by bad-faith actors.

Contrast to recent coverage, wherein Fox has been getting exclusive first access to information, and every post is immediately SPAMMED with an army of obvious bots calling for justice for the CEO, and denouncing the left for supporting such a thing.

(Fox's take right off the bat was "the left is mocking the wanton murder of this innocent man")

Example: When the CEO assassination was fresh, breaking news, the comments on Fox coverage (from ostensibly conservative followers) was almost universally in favor of the shooter. In fact, many called out Fox for being divisive in what seemed to be a uniting event.

As someone who deals with this directly in my non-bluesky-meme-account life, Fox News articles on Facebook are my favorite petri dish for looking at concentrated disinformation campaigns.

Well you see, it's simply "too big to fail."
