Were you there? Smh I’ve been gone through multiple CBP checkpoints and through the same checkpoints multiple times. They do NOT ask “Are you a U.S. citizen?” then simply wave you through, if you say yes. Today’s checkpoint was temporary orange markers forcing traffic into a truck weigh station.

It. Was. Not. CPB. I have gone through I literally saw ICE agents—with my eyes. I’m also a lawyer who knows the difference between ICE and CPB. This was a normal truck weigh station being used by ICE. It’s WILD that you people think you know more than a literal lawyer-witness to a thing.
