Therapists teach us that making plans is important because it keeps us working toward a goal & helps us stay in motion.
So in between activism, make sure you rest, eat and drink water.
But most of all, plan for the future you want. You're more likely to keep going.

Her memoir is the first I've ever read that had me crying with anxiety and despair, but also laughing and cheering with hopefulness. Buy a copy, or support your local library, but be sure to read it. # twbd
