Sounds like a three-way corrupt deal. Ukraine would not deal if they were not at great disadvantage. Putin's participation would work only by force, The USA's end is pure extortion. So, ethics aside, just how well would you expect such a deal to hold up?

It's completely safe, unless the Trump treasury defaults on bonds. Or, unless he decides to claw back retirement monies "unfairly" given to fed gov employees (current or 'x'). The world economy depends on the US. If he screws up the dollar or the US economy, God help everyone.
