It sounds like if you are trying to stick with it, and it continues in the current way, it will eventually burn you out anyway. Before completely disengaging, you could try muting everything and just checking in periodically when you have the spoons. Then, if there's something you can contribute...

I guess there's an algo component to the discovery page but it seems to mostly be a 'most popular' kind of thing. Best methods for getting started quickly here (imo) are following starter packs and adding feeds if there's something you're particularly interested in.
