When in doubt, show off the guns. Tell them you can lift an entire warehouse.

We can and should do better. I don't know how I can make a difference, but if I ever return to streaming, I'd like to try and be that change.

Thank you. I don't mind talking about it, because a) fuck that guy and b) it's important to talk about it. I want Twitch to be that comforting place it used to be. I don't want it to be somewhere where all that matters is views, subs and whatnot, not do I want it to remind me of the bad friendships

There was a guy I was a mod for for years, a now partnered channel, who took advantage of me. Even though I unfollowed, he was suggested to me for days after. I don't know why Twitch thinks it was unintentional. It was distressing to see the man who made me not want to talk on twitch, to this day.

That's a good idea. Although I'd be happy if I could start prepping meals. Nothing fancy, just defrosting some veggies and stick them in a container. I don't eat horribly but it could be better, and having healthy food ready to go would be helpful.

I should start doing that too. I don't eat nearly enough vegetables.

Thank you! Surprisingly easier than I expected.

One big purchase a year is a good thing. I'm probably leaning towards a fitness watch. As long as we make the most of what we buy, we shouldn't feel bad about buying it.

I'll need a mortgage to afford one of these. (I'm a millennial and therefore will never get a mortgage)

Another example. Both forearms hurt for some reason and it's a push day, so things like dumbbell bench press might be near impossible. So a day off is in order. Still going to run though.

I might be a little uneducated in this but what does PED stand for?

You are changing it. It might not seem like it at times, but working towards a goal, however slowly, is better than not doing anything at all.

If there's a lack of experience, you can talk about hypotheticals, what you think you would do in a certain situation, good for competency questions. Definitely don't lie. Lying can be real obvious to the interviewer.

I don't think it's a lack of self awareness. There could be a number of reasons. If you can get feedback, great. But I understand how frustrating it is to not know what to do.
