Looks like I hit a nerve. Good luck with your collaboration skills during community building exercises.

Why is the quote non-sensical? And yes, you’re incorrect, we don’t have enough housing but we do have enough empty malls and giant parking lots, and still building more. Am I incorrect in thinking that you want more lanes added to freeways or that your anti road diet. 🙄

Look dude, It’s just a critique on “prioritizing expansion/increasing output over all else” We should consider the actual benefits or potential negative consequences. “Growth for sake of growth is the ideology of the cancer cell” - Edward Abby

It’s of the same as “if your not growing you’re dying” which is something that capitalists do subscribe to. Makes sense to me.

Hi Brad, What are you doing about the genocide happening in Gaza? I live in the district you serve and I’m sickened by the forced starvation of children and how our tax dollars are aiding it. I care about local issues, but this is also something that needs to be addressed, tonight.

Hi Jake, where do you stand on the current genocide happening in Gaza? I live in the 32nd and I’m sickened by the forced starvation of children and how our tax dollars are aiding it.

Dumb take. The executive branch has always been a potential threat to democracy.

Only seen critiques of this country's dumb obsession with imaginary crime and fear of looters. No one is defending their supposed actions. Media won't talk about Resnicks seizing control of California's public water supply, or even mention climate change, It's just "20 looters caught" over and over.

Newsweek says the budget cut isn't that bad but this graph by LA City Controller Kenneth Mejia may put it into perspective.
The decrease for the fire department was the second-largest cut to come out of the budget.

Incidentally, this story really resurrects the issues we found when examining the hapless post-mortem on the 10/1/17 massacre. For LVMPD investigators, Paddock’s obvious extremist/conspiracist motives were utterly invisible. Now we are learning why.
