CEOs should not be allowed to collect bonuses until all workers have either living wages as well as mandated annual matching cost of living increases. Also a minimum percentage corporate tax rate should supersede anything that would bring their taxes down to zero if their stocks are healthy.

So true! CEOs should not be allowed to have a penny of their bonuses until all of their workers are making a living wage and/or have annual matching cost of living increases. Zero corporate taxes paid should be against the law. There should be at least a minimum percentage corporate tax rate.

All Americans had jobs during WWII. Rosie the Riveter had a paycheck. Soldiers had a paycheck & perks afterwards. Salaries were more closely aligned with a living wage. Beginning in 1981, computerization led to less jobs & salaries that no longer matched cost of living increases.
