On a follow up for one surgery I insisted there was still a stitch. They said they were dissolvable. I insisted something was there so they "humored" me and looked. Undissolved stitch! They removed then and there. Better safe than sorry

(have 2 genies and 2 cats. No smell. Empty them each week as trash comes each week. There's plenty of bag left in the genie when I empty them but bins themselves are ready to be emptied. I use clumping litter. Use the new large genie bags in the bins)

FWIW Ikea lasts forever. I have some stuff bought 20 years ago that still functions fine. Not best quality but functional and lasts, for me anyway. Of course I don't buy much there anymore 😁
