Made some spicy chicken w red bell pepper, onion, green peas, ground cloves, turmeric, allspice, and red pepper flakes. Decided to mixed in a sliced ripe banana for more flavor and a little sweetness. And served it up w a baked (microwaved) yam! The mix of sweet & spicy was surprisingly good!
