OMG optimization city! I could work out why GetGame() was called so much. GUI_GetCamera()->WorldToScreen(worldpos); WorldToScreen references a macro "SCREENCENX" SCREENCENX calls SCREENRIGHT and SCREENLEFT. They both use GetGame(). I can just cache this in the camera ffs...

It felt gratuitous at the time but SO GLAD I doubled our home battery storage. Today feels part cloudy and part sunny but even today we can fill up 19kwh of battery for use overnight. Might have to top up my car in a minute! #solarpower

Just fixed a silly bug. Tractor beams didn't seem to slow enemy fighters. It turned out their targeting was too slow to latch on, but the rendering code never checked for a miss, so it drew them as (ineffectually) attached anyway. ooops. #RidiculousSpaceBattles store.steampowered.com/app/3607230/...

I find it frustrating so many people say 'I didn't do this because of climate change, its because...' like thats a concern to be ashamed of. I 100% own an EV, solar panel and batteries and built a solar farm because of the imminent threat of climate change. The EV is awesome but thats secondary.

Ha. My net energy use at home is almost a perfect inverse curve of solar panel generation. If you have your own house with a suitable roof, and don't consider putting solar on it you are playing on had mode. Solar power has never been cheaper. #solarpanels #energybills #renewableenergy

Discovered that the 'capacity charge' I have to pay per kw, per day for the honor of having a business that uses electricity... doubled last month. (This affects my solar farm). Why? Due to the "E11 Nuclear Construction Charge". Yup... They are screwing business customers to subsidize nuclear...

I decided to scrap all my 'deciding where each ship moves to' code in Ridiculous Space Battles and re-write it. Some pesky bugs made me rethink the whole approach and the new one will be better. Giving myself 2 days for this, which might seem mad, but its actually fairly simple (famous last words).
