In January, the Governor put the long-anticipated Cap & Invest program rollout on hold by refusing to release the draft regulations that lay out how the program will work 😫🐌
The draft regs are already written - #ReleaseTheRegs Governor Hochul and move Cap & Invest forward now!! Let's go! 🏁🏁 3/4

The kids worked hard 🎨 on the banners to ask Gov Hochul & all their reps to choose them over polluters. We gathered in Union Square near AM Glick's @deborahjglick.bsky.social office. We hope she'll fight for the 🔥 #NYHEATAct 🔥 & to #FundClimate by pushing for the #CapAndInvest program 💚

The kids ❤️'d our giant storybook about Gov Slochul, a snail who has the power to #FundClimate solutions BUT she's too slow and she's wavering over whether to protect kids or polluters. With some encouragement from families she makes the right choice and creates a green, healthy NY for all of us!
