Since the beginning actually. The very early lists had both Russian and Ukrainian losses in the same list. They split the lists in April 2022, but kept track of both sides losses all along.

He does care about money tho. Slovakia is in a budget crisis, EU funds are ALL the spending money Fico has and if they stopped, he's screwed.
He does not want a fight with Brussels and will sign pretty much anything they'll ask him to. (Obvious exception being Article 7 against Hungary.)

Not really. Fico was always like this. Most of the Pro-Russia rhetoric is aimed at a domestic audience. Fico doesn't actually care about Russia or Ukraine.

Because, there's basically nothing the Iranian regime could do to reassure the Israelis, that Iran is no longer a threat to them.
