Well said. I once stood in a line labeled VIP or Disabled and was told if I am not VIP to get out. I responded I have 3 autoimmune issues, Narcolepsy, Myasthenia and Psoriatic Arthritis. After berating me, they just looked at me and said "Oh, I didnt know." Of course, but dont make assumptions.
