Just as important as teaching how to use statistical tools in #science is teaching students why those tools work. Every #PhD graduate who uses #statistics in their field should be able to satisfactorily answer questions like the one below. #edusky #academicChatter #statsky #phdchat #STEM

Delighted to share new work from our lab: MultiPerturb-seq 🎛️ ❌ ↕️ Over the last few years, we've been combining CRISPR screens with multimodal readouts of gene expression (RNA) and chromatin accessibility (DNA). In this study, we bring those together within the same cells.
