So, after my diagnosis I got sent to a sleep aponea clinic, slept a night with special equipment on and after that got my cpap machine :3 and since then have been immeasurably more healthy ^^;

Yeah snoring / snorting while sleeping is a big sign, if you can get an app that records your noise while you sleep, it really helped with me when I went to the GP ;w;

Have you ever tried being tested for sleep aponea? Before I was diagnosed I had anxiety / depression/ IBS and I had to start my day with two double strong coffees ;w;
