50% or more of nursing home residents are Medicaid. This includes long term, short term, and Assisted Living in some instances. They actually canāt work and need nursing care, activities of daily living and/or some type of daily supervision but do not have the resources for private pay.

Well if youāve been remarried then thatās the issue. It wonāt match. Iām traveling to Canada soon and in NH we just get a card to travel over a passport. (I should definitely have one I know) but not to vote. And if itās required to vote we shouldnāt pay more than we do for other proof of docs
