My professor told me how when he was a postgrad, he would have a dream where he was given an exam for a class he had missed all semester and it was in a language he didn’t speak. Since hearing this, I occasionally have a similar dream.

You can respond. Triggered abilities often start with “when/whenever.” The untap step is automatic, things untap, and if 9 untaps from an untap step, it creates a trigger that goes on the stack. I made an initiative deck w/ Sphinx of the Second Sun to turbo the Undercity.

I want to say that this is the kind of information I love to see. I always feel at like the 20 hour mark when my works still look like ass that I've done something wrong when I know I need to keep pushing through but I rarely ever hear how much time people take on some of their works.

Right. I like the bit of contrast the black at the bottom brings. Also, I assume the blue at the bottom on the left is matched to the blue above it but it plays a trick on my eyes and my brain does not think it matches.

As a clarification, the main discussion was around DT. The intent was that someone could cast it for just {B} but it becomes a symmetric tutor where someone else gets to tutor as well but it also works well with Eladamri's Call, Gamble, and Vamp.

I had considered something similar where all your tutors basically turn in to Scheming Symmetry where you pick another person to also tutor in order to make games go a little faster ro start with monarch in the middle.

Probably Queen Marchesa. It’s a very fun mix of white everyone draws with black their draws are bad and red for chaos. Plus monarch and initiative are blights but I’ll play those cards every time.

I wanted to play Pokemon TCG but the only place that sold the cards were gouging to $15 a pack. So my aunt got me for Christmas what was on sale: Exodus. The art was cool and I had just read Two Towers but the summer of '99, my neighbors taught me how to actually PLAY the game and I was off.
