Ohh, this is excellently put together! And I think I recall Mr Epler saying in the dev q&a that the transmog wasn't restricted by class either, so we're going to have a hell of a spread to choose from.

Hey John, just curious, I noticed in the video we were seeing keyboard controls in the menus but combat was using a controller again. Will we get a chance to see a PC/keyboard & mouse combat HUD soon?

Mmm, interesting thought I hadn't considered. I'm gonna say 50/50 chance. Given the devs have discussed how they want characters to feel like they exist outside of Rooks influence, I could definitely see an npc being like "you made this terrible choice, so too bad I'm coming with you"
