Went to my folks place today to make them a dinner they haven't had before for their 50th Anniversary with @cocoeagle.bsky.social . Made them A6 Wagyu NY Strips, and my French Onion soup that my mother has been wanting me to make for them forever. It went as well as it could have thank goodness.

It always amazes me that we are much more open now then in the past about mental health conditions like adhd / anxiety etc But, what i think we fail at - is expressing how these things can be both managed to help ourselves and also used as strengths rather than weaknesses

Did some plush time last night Had some vape - got zipped / locked in - laid on the bed with all the other plushies Was something i BADLY needed - and bonus was - i was so relaxed and in the zone i actually FELT like i was just pluah stuffing for a time!
