This is a very big problem!
You can do a trade war & cut off food imports. OR you can have a domestic farm sector that's given up on feeding its own country.
You can't do both!

IDK I find it hard too, what helps me is saying "I deserve a clean space" it reframes cleaning into a self care thing. I say this as my sink is overflowing with dishes right now 🤣🤣🤣 so it doesn't always work but at least it helps me feel good after I manage to do it
