Be ready to defend yourself and the people around you.

To be clear, this isn't an attempt to justify what is happening - we really need people to get motivated to make an effort for positive change. It is merely an explanation for why people seem so apathetic. If you exhaust all of your energy caring for yourself there is nothing left for others.

There are a lot of people here who have to spend most of their time working to survive. Tired is correct, and once exhausted one typically does not have the drive to seek information or debunk bullshit.

The guy is advocating for the behavior that led to his daughter's death.

Schumer is getting tossed if it comes to this; he has to know that.

You just have to believe in yourself.

The US effectively keeps its populace too tired to read or think while filling the air with lies. Reality is starting to break through for millions of people, but unfortunately even more Americans need to be directly impacted before enough will be willing to act.

Security can only do so much against a motivated attack; unfortunately the best we can do is create an environment that eliminates motivation for this kind of thing.

Things need to be said, things need to be done. 👍

It is great. I read that it can also be done with tofu but I haven't tried that yet since I am generally happy with a scramble.

Hopefully Democrats can get their platform and messaging right to swing the way you'd expect.

I've seen some arguing about this, and whether he is an asset or not doesn't change the awful stuff he has put in place - please fight his administration rather than each other.

Whether he is or isn't has no bearing on his actions; they're generally wrong or illegal (or both) regardless.

It wasn't. :> Fortunately Atlas was on my list and the update was quite kind to him.

That said, they're able to execute this mess and do a lot of real damage. Hopefully we can organize in time.

Oh, smarter isn't saying a lot. The bar is in hell.

A little of both, though he has the support of some smarter people who prepared the plan in advance.

The fuck? We're happy to hate the Musk admin for free.

Not surprising with how fast TT caved; they're just another messaging arm for this bullshit.

This is a hard message to get across. I'm starting with the idea that if everyone is happy, safe, secure, and wealthy then all businesses will have more customers. If no one has to worry about housing, food, or medicine, then more businesses can exist (and more products/services as well).

Thank you for the source.

These people are also assuming that Trump's word is law, which is not how any of that works. Even with their pure 'law focused' approach, laws enacted by the legislative and executive branches are subject to judicial review. All that to say yes, centrist/moderate dems are full of shit.
