A bit of self-care and self-love on Valentine's Day by returning to the gym. The last few weeks have been hard, and the gym time will help me turn that around.

One of the joys of parish ministry: Being grilled by an elderly member regarding my progress in finding a girlfriend. I didn't have that as part of my plan for the hospital visit I was conducting. I did ask if she knew of any options for me.
