my honeymoon has reminded me how grateful i am that i started ED recovery 8.5 years ago. the only time i’ve thought about calories/macros is to make sure i’m fueling enough for hikes. i’m eating what i want & moving not to compensate but bc hiking in sedona is exhilarating. recovery is possible 💖
