I know, I don't even play the game and I still think of Team Fortress 2 when I see TF2.
I've also seen TF|2 for Titanfall 2, what do you think?

Aside from maybe going gold (is that even an industry term anymore?), were there any moments during the development of TF2 you can recall where nailing some aspect got the whole team excited? Like people outside the specific team working on some specific thing jumped for joy too

Have you watched PsychOdyssey? I've been really curious how devs view the doc, what stands out as commonplace in the field vs unique to their studio, situation, or game

That's how it felt to me, I'd never had that experience before with a series. I kept avoiding it, but I gotta tell you: the end had me in tears. Cinematically and thematically it's absolutely perfect.

I know it's been a decade since you've worked on it, but thank you for making such a great game that young people continue to pick up and recognize as being awesome. @dko5.bsky.social @rayme.bsky.social @badmofo.bsky.social @slothy.com

I'll admit I haven't watched this video, I do want to learn more about DeepSeek; however, it heavily censors anything that references Xi, check it out:

The one at the end is kinda funny, all this text and then "sorry this is out of my scope!"

As a psychologist, I can imagine countless studies one could perform on TT to learn about American cultures, values, norms, grievances, education, tech dependency, emotional response, well-being, etc. Whether it's Stanford, Zuck, or Xi who benefits from that knowledge is up to us to decide.

They do seem to be that way. Though to be fair, there's sooo much material

It reinforces intrinsic motivation when a person wants to play and gets to that play quickly. No one sits down to play Patch Update, Title Screen, Patch Notes, News Popup, Menu Tutorial, etc.
Fwiw I loved how few Titanfall and early Apex "get to play" actions were needed, just 2-3 clicks 😍

I just wanna hop in here and say this exchange went in a better direction than I initially expected, I'm glad you both saw the human through the screen today ❤️

My aftermarket car stereo came with an Attention! button you press to instantly reduce volume 80% of whatever it was set at, and then brings it back with another press.
This needs to be standard in all cars.
And yes, I know Mute is probably better but I have my wrong opinions too, dammit!

What about "both sides??" Every news story has precisely two sides, nothing is more or less nuanced than that. And those two sides must battle to the death gladiator style over the truthiness of that news story. It's the American Way™️!
