Felt culinary inspiration this week - combined Chinese-American and Mexican cuisines, and did an Orange Chicken Taco. Used a "healthy" recipe that does away with the deep fried breading, and cuts back the sugar. Topped with a citrus chili oil mayo, verde salsa, cotija, green onion and cilantro #taco
