Are you in the US? I'm not 100% sure, but I think that they are not supposed to ask for copies of your diagnosis under ANY circumstances. Even if soneone asking for accommodations, all they can ask for is a letter from the doctor stating that the accommodations are needed.

I get it. I'm only physically able to work on things a tiny bit at a time now, and it's been an adjustment. That is the total opposite of how my brain works.

Yup. My immune system is absolute trash now. Along with most of the other systems in my body...

Thank you. I will look into it. I am not autistic, but I am neurodivergent. Is there a Facebook discussion group, or just a page to follow?

Thank you! I also have fibro and CFS but the CFS came from long Covid. I have a friend who got it from Lyme, though, so I know that can be equally rough. Glad you've improved, though!

Thank you for posting this. I just emailed my senator asking him to support this.

A cardiologist diagnosed me. I'm seeing a ton of other specialists, too, though, since POTS usually shows up with "friends" aka comorbidities.

Sometimes, they proudly state that there's a shuttle bus to the location, but then the shuttle winds up not being wheelchair accessible...

Hi! I've found a lot of interesting art in the oil painting feed and also in the paper and canvas feed. :)

I tend to gravitate towards acrylics because I like to do a lot of glazing, but watercolors give such a nice vibe, don't they?
I do the occasional digital portrait. Skin tones are so much easier when you're working digitally.
What are your preferred mediums?

I'm really liking the feeds feature here. So much better than the algorithms on other apps that only show sponsored or popular content.

Villandry! The gardens were done up all in pink and red flowers when I visited many years ago.

Trying to find a someone to do an evaluation for a formal diagnosis for an adult family member has been IMPOSSIBLE. They grew up in a rural area so it wasn't caught when they were younger even though they have struggled their whole life with things like socializing and interoception.

I'm in a similar boat. Haven't been able to work since 2021. No SSDI. Can only leave the house in short stints with a caregiver pushing my wheelchair. I can paint in short sessions, but I pay for it later. Pain 24/7. Been reading a lot of Korean webcomics to distract myself lately...

Being loose and accurate at the same time is such a challenge! You have clearly spent a lot of time honing your craft. Great work!

I love this planter tower! I showed it to a relative who has been complaining about the price of strawberry pots. I'm guessing there's just a piece of rebar going through?

How do you like the Blick brand paints compared to Liquitex or Golden? And how are the Golden So Flats? Thanks!

I'm trying to eventually get a $14k custom wheelchair. It's probably going to wind up costing 25% more. That's absolutely insane. The tariffs are crazy enough already; they definitely shouldn't be applied to medical equipment. How are disabled people supposed to afford this stuff? ðŸ˜
