Slowly but surely! Been focusing on dog training the last couple of weeks so not made as much progress as I’d have liked, but getting there :)
The Menu was brilliant! Kept me on my toes the entire time, really good movie

Both part and part 2 are some of my favourite games. Absolutely amazing stories!

Oh wow, that’s some patience! Here I was thinking a week was a good amount of self restraint

We have a puppy who likes to wake up very early, but at least it makes for good writing time!

I’ve been seeing your posts about 5 am writing and thought that it sounded like an impossibly late/early time to write.
Then I looked at the time now and realised what time it was and what I was doing.
5 am has been some of my more productive writing this week and I didn’t even realise 😂

Well now that depends; If you do decide to game, do you then spend an age staring at your game library hopelessly, finally pick one, then barely make it past the main menu before deciding it’s a pointless endeavour?

So,
Obviously,
The best way to deal with that is to post on here instead!

Horror can be a fantastic genre! You have a lot of avenues to explore there

Those were brilliant! I’ll have to try and have some fun with them next time it happens

On StoryGraph users can enter content warnings for a book when they review, could be worth checking there for ones you’re unsure about and see what’s been marked! Not an ideal solution obv, but might help

Avoiding them as much as possible now :)

Not a clue about that! It's not something I've seen on many books that's for sure. But I don't see why they shouldn't allow it, if people don't want the potential content spoiler they can skip the warning.

I've been thinking about this a lot whilst working on a horror. In that genre especially so many things might be included that are just too much for people, and just because someone likes horror doesn't mean they should need to roll the dice on reading a potentially traumatic subject

That is incredibly heart warming

I followed the conversation through to see where it would go but it was very suspicious from the start

Yeah I can see how that would be difficult if you have a really strong image in your mind! Is there any shows or movies that were close to what you thought?

I feel you there! Faces just do not exist for me in the slightest!! The benefit is I’m never annoyed when someone is cast in a role and they don’t look like my imagination hah

Oooh this is tough! Torn between Salem’s Lot, Needful Things, Haunting of Hill House or House of Leaves.
Im gonna go with Salems Lot, just a good classic vampire horror!

Oh okay, good to know thanks! I’ll definitely do some research into everything
