Correct Steve. Action on the issue is required, #Labour tell/show people they are doing just that and people gripe about it. It’s not ‘outdoing Reform’ it’s doing what people expect.

PAS has been in Durham Tees for ages and works. I refer to an excellent Supported Employment service via Durham Enable. (see their Facebook) Regular JC+ contact with MH and social work teams builds understanding and trust. Helps if the economy is growing of course ! 👍

DWP comments interesting. ( I’m a DEA) Ideas: 1/ More well trained Disability Employment Advisers 2/ Invest in good Supported Employment providers. 3/ Redouble education with employers re adjustments. 4/ Closer links JC+ and MH services. 5/ Rollout of Patient Advisory Service ASAP.

Hope Isidor isn’t allowed to dwell on tonight. Needs less arms round the shoulder and ‘never mind mate’ and a bit of ‘shit happens get on with it’ Don’t want him to lose his confidence. Make it the locker room joke he’ll get over it, the lads a talent. #SAFC

Anywhere but the Stayers Hurdle I’m on Teahupoo for that. 9/4 now might get on again in the hope she goes elsewhere.

Lots of positives. MH provision increase long overdue. IPS investment also good. Jobcentre , move from ABC approach needed. More (better trained) DEA’s to help work coach support and mentoring. Integrating NCS is positive news. WCA reforms and employer engagement are key. Big tests ahead ,good luck

Current administration are absolutely piss poor at communicating. Yes there is a right of centre media but to surrender the information space so easily smacks of incompetence. Where is the Alistair Campbell of 2024 ?

If, after the WCA process has concluded a person is placed into No Work Related Requirements an enhancement of £416 is payable every month to UC payments. Incentive to cheat to some, a lifeline to others.
