Dinner last night. Chicken Parm Burgers with salad. Didn’t have mozzarella so topped them with a mix of ricotta, parmigiana, and basil. Messy, but yummy. 💕😋 #Philly #foodie

Dinner! Pan Seared Halloumi,Roasted Vegetable and Pearl Couscous Salad with a Honey-Lemon Vinaigrette. 😋

Dinner or what I did instead of watching the inauguration. Pork schnitzel, spaetzle with Swiss cheese, sweet and sour cabbage. Came out so nice on a freezing night.

Very possibly the single best Opus One experience I’ve had in recent years. The 2005 is a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc & 1% Malbec. The nose is blackberry jam and cassis. Rich long finish. Taste of dried cherries and black currant. Fully mature.
