Well, as I said in the Q&A after:
“The good news is that as Canadians, we have the power in our hands to start making positive change in this world on [climate change].
“We have the ingenuity, we have the expertise, and we have the commitment to create a better world.”

Seating between Italian, French and African parliamentarians, what really strikes you as a Canadian on diplomatic duty is it’s not exaggeration that everybody looks like part of your delegation - because Canadians are from everywhere. (3/x)

More than any other country I believe Canada has the tools to put the Pope’s plea into action - to unite for a better, more loving world. (5/5)

That’s an incredible strength. As we build out friendships and alliances with the world, we are building them with great acquaintances, with dear friends - quite literally with family. (4/x)

As we return to our home countries, my hope is we reflect on his words and carry his message to reduce discord, hatred, violence, prejudice and poverty.

Cabinets are tricky things to make. Balance of skills, regions, demographics. Of course I would have preferred being in cabinet myself!
But there's lots of good work to be done for Calgary Confederation, this city, this province, this country.

You're thinking of PM-elect (which is not a thing, because the PM is not directly elected). While not a legal title, MP-Elect is a thing!
But either way, just a couple of weeks until swearing in and then all is resolved.

To be fair, one of the people on the byline (Carrie Tait) does that a lot and did that as recently as Friday.

To be fair to the reporters, who I think wrote an excellent piece, they don’t pick the headlines.

I agree - I often say it's like asking me choose between my father and my mother. I don't have to and I don't want to.

Not going anywhere! This was the only social platform I was regularly on before the election.
