Some of the bulkhead wall sections have built-in ladders and one of the walkways has a matching opening. I'll try build some separate ladders and stairs too.

Unfortunately no. These are roughly 3 inch square but thicker than an official piece to hold the OpenLOCK ports that allow them connect to a central section
