Give it a go! People who work at climbing gyms are usually pretty helpful and willing to give intro tips or let you know where the easier routes are.
Leg strength is ultimately more important than upper body, but it all develops as you go. If you're having fun, then you're already there!

That was a great run! Underclings can be really tricky I'm finding.
I'm very similar, I don't like going to normal gyms or doing at home workouts very much, but climbing has been a huge breath of fresh air from my own personal health. Glad you're enjoying it so much.
