My boss' husband used to never use their kureig and go to starbucks so she gave me the machine for free. I found buying sampler packs are kind of great because you get to try a variety of flavors for a low price. Might help, if you got one of those machines.

Mecha is a great genre in TTRPGs. From Mekton Zeta to Beam Saber to Lancer to Battle Century G, Mecha always been there. Never a big player but loved by the players who are aware of it.

I've done everything to get this thing to work. I sent them my computer log unprompted, worked with two people, and suggested the downgrade subtly but they kept telling me to upgrade to the latest patch.
But downgrade worked and I told affected coworkers to do it on their remote computers.

It doesn’t really get better and the Quarian colony will never come because it was obviously them carving up a game for DLC.

The GM burst out laughing and we pulled Tarot for the result. I got the supernatural works through you and reality bends to your will.
Needless to say, our Monsterhearts campaign's city, Broca Beach, is going to have a new resident soon.

"If you're so afraid of ceasing to exist, let's make a deal: if you agree to leave our world alone, you can become an NPC in our Monsterhearts campaign!"

The GM was kicking us around and we were bruised. Then, the GM complained no one had used reveal a masterplan.
Wanna know what I said?

This campaign was our "off campaign" we do when we can't do our main, Monsterhearts campaign.
The villian was super meta. They had awareness of the real world and us, the players. They were going on how they'd cease to exist if we won and didn't want to end.

I didn't have it playtested, edited, and the such so please bare that in mind. I also kind of kept a lot of the original text from 2016, even if I had some disagreements, when finishing it. This title sat unfinished for 9 years and I think its interesting to have the two "me" together here.

Also, the fan #TTRPG #Persona game, The Velvet Book, also has an incomplete cover. Decided to fix it.

It certainly likes doing uncomfortable elements very freely to get its point across and I'm mixed on the implementation.
Still, the bar for racism discussions in game is pretty low. There are only like a handful of games that did it well. So, it manages so far avoid being bad at it. Could change.

To go back a second, when I say it addresses racism better than most, I'm comparing it to racism metaphors in video games. Hell, mainstream fantasy in general. They usually do it terriblely. Metaphor also loves misery porn for its racism discussion.

Already had a scene of "if you act like this you are no better than your oppressor" which is like uh...
Still, I wasn't expecting anything revolutionary from Atlus (or anything mainstream) so hopefully this lands somewhere where the centrist elements arguably dont bug me more than I enjoy the game.

Also, the way racism is being handled feels off. It's being done better than most but we already have a villain uniting the "lesser tribes" by promising freedom for his own gain. And I have a guess where that's heading

...that throwing people back into the system that enabled them doesn't solve the problem. Still, it's addressment wasn't exactly great either but more than I expected. So, perhaps, Metaphor will have more to say.

So, I can accept in-universe why democracy is being treated as it is, but it feels a bit off. Like, very "society patting itself on the back" kind of way from the authors. But, to be fair, #persona5 did eventually addresss...

But this feels fast headed to a #electoralism solves everything conclusion. Now, I reserve my judgment since I only just got to the tournament of the throne. Besides, to a mediveal kingdom, democracy is a revolutionary concept.

The #gameplay feels like a refinement of #Persona without the #ShinMegamiTensei baggae and I think the Archetype system is better than the Shadow/Persona system. I also feel less constrained in my movement and world map.
