If he can bankrupt a casino, he can do the same to America.

It seems like, if you let Trump talk long enough, he will embarrass himself just fine.

Are any - or all - of those stakeholders Trump Jr by chance?

If only he had done Alberta a solid, and took Danielle Smith with him on the way out.

The only independence we really need is to get Dani a job in Florida.

@charlieangus104.bsky.social called it before Trump arrived, he is, indeed, Putin’s sock puppet.

Get out before his stink stains the conference rooms.

Like all things healthcare in Alberta, she is out to destroy as much as she can so she can prove it was broken. The mismanagement of Covid vaccine eligibility and access was a big part of why there was less uptake. They also stopped paying for paxlovid. Shameful.

Facts and literacy are the sworn enemy of Taco.

I wish we could launch a class action lawsuit on this and other broken campaign promises, like healthcare. Make lying a crime in politics.

This is such BS, in 2023 and 2024 Calgarians had a terrible time getting vaccinated, there were substantial delays, pharmacies had to cancel appointments, and eligibility was in constant flux. The UCP is the reason for the bad uptake and wasted money.

The UCP will somehow find it explicit and ban it from school libraries.

I agree with Charlie, but, as an Albertan, I know Smith won’t do anything that doesn’t make money for her cronies. It is up to everyday Albertans need to hold the line.

Musk couldn’t even follow through on a slap fight with Trump, he is as weak as his trucks.

Oh no, did Shandro run out of bourbon? Maybe remove the extra tax we pay on Canadian wine in the name of national free trade instead.

The GOP sees your challenge and raises you with cutting Medicare and Medicare.
comment in response to post
Does that qualify him to run for the UCP?

“I’ll be a dictator on day one” is what America overwhelmingly voted for. Good job betraying your allies so you have to fight your DUI hires alone, and without any social backstop. The orange puffalope is making bank though.

The only time he has appreciated one of his genetic offspring was when he felt they were better than a bulletproof vest. Yay parenting.
comment in response to post
No surprise there, the UCP doesn’t need to use broad innovation funding when they have already handpicked which insiders get the money.

America hired Trump to do this shit, she doesn’t care who languishes as long as it isn’t her. This will get worse before it gets better.

Sure, meanwhile Schumer has been such a strong voice for the people, he gets so angry sometimes he even considers writing a letter.

Do they just keep the young girls in the hold for when the president needs a fresh one?

Is this what the next decade of trade with the US looks like? Trump causing chaos with tariffs, making “agreements”, suspending tariffs, ripping up agreements, then hitting reset every 90 days? The rest of the world needs to get organized with trade partners until the US can find stability.

He couldn’t even be bothered to put a budget together, he is just another zombie appointment.

Every bill has been designed to take more away from everyday Albertans and give to the top 10%. Less money in our pockets and less freedom to choose our future. This will only stop if the big CEOs care as much about their people as their bank accounts.

I think the world has a hard time comprehending how he was elected more than once.

Time to deport Melania

She probably has some strong opinions about A1 too.

I am waiting to see the pictures from the next UCP rally where they brainstorm how they can make it harder to divorce your abuser.

America, it might be time to check the quality of your drinking water.

If we have to pay for timely access to MRI’s he can pay for his upgrade from economy plus.

But AISH recipients are living too large with a supplement from the Feds. This province needs a Robin Hood.

Poilievre, wins the trophy for rent control in Canada. Stornoway could net taxpayers $12K/month but he just pays a meager taxable benefit. Boots not suits….righhhht.
comment in response to post
Albertans have a lot of work to do, without doubt. Danielle whines a lot but was too much of a chicken to voice her equalization payment grievances to the formula architects, Harper and Poilievre while the campaign was on.

If you voted Liberal but ended up with a Conservative MP, they are now your federal representative, like it or not. It’s time to start writing and calling. Let them know you expect an opposition leader with security clearance within 30 days, and a party that focuses on policy, not hate.

The GOP has lost interest in fighting for integrity and democracy. They made the beast and set him free, SCOTUS helped, the carnage won’t end unless citizens take action.

I think every news agency should have colluded to cut him out of every frame. He wanted to vacuum up attention, take the prize away.

Canada would be so much more prosperous if the woke straws had less power. What a time to be voting.

As an outsider, it looks like that is a big part of your administration’s reprehensible plan. Healthcare should be a right.

But, but, Preston’s $2M report sort of advises against pandemic school closures, kid’s lives be damned.

So, at what point do we bring the RCMP in? Oh, wait, now a provincial police force makes all the sense in the world.
