why do pink petals in minecraft occupy a weird middle ground between products of cherry trees and living, self sustaining plants? Did they change them to have stems last minute so you could use bone meal on them, and forgot or decided not to rename them? should wildflowers be called wild petals?????

Fun fact about oak leaves! They’re tougher and have more tannins than most other leaves, and can stay on the ground for multiple years before decomposing, rather than just one season. In the new snapshot, leaf litter is only found in biomes with primarily oaks, which if intentional is really cool!
