Dual citizen here. When you're born in the US, they don't make you legally swear your allegiance. When you immigrate to Canada, they do. I can't go along with this "51st state" horseshit on legal / ethical grounds, and I think I may bound by honour to to speak out against it.

Edmonton Animal Control or some other asshat just fired a few shotgun rounds in my alley. I found the shells, called 911. Coyotes afoot apparently. Perfectly normal and cool thing to do though.
