I did try that, it didn’t seem to make it any better or worse. Also tried a whole bunch of open source LLM but apart from Mini CPM they were all pretty awful.

Yeah. 100%. The buy-in and sponsorship from senior leadership is essential. A lot of the time I find they don’t understand the risks they’re carrying. It’s an education piece up the chain as well as down.

It's largely about working out what things you're lacking that caused accessibility issues in the first place and building out initiatives to stop it happening again. Things like awareness, training, tooling, documentation, processes, policy etc.

I did a bunch of research with 9 or 10 local open source LLM too. But they weren’t great, my MacBook felt like it was going to take off, and it bloated the blog post way too much!

@bell.bz I’m going to apologise in advance if I get too enthusiastic about Every Layout! It’s a book I’ve gone back to over and over. ❤️

I parked mine for a while to point people to here. There was a reluctance to delete it because it was years of thoughts and conversations. But in the end, I realised I was only really keeping it because I can’t view anything without an account now. But 99% of the stuff on there is awful anyway. 😅
