The ones who stick around are going to play a big role in the tone and atmosphere of that community going forward. If it's a positive one that strives to set a good example, or a resentful one that lashes out at others.

That's the real reason Elon wanted to buy Twitter, not because he valued free speech but because he thought if he owned it he would free himself from pesky criticism of his deranged right-wing rantings.

Exactly, there is a big difference between ignoring the court and coming up with a different strategy. The court didn't order Biden to stop trying to help students, they just said he can't do it the way he planed to do it.

Trump doesn't use nuanced approaches, he either pretends it doesn't exist or does nothing or he says his plan is the best plan ever and does nothing and maybe someone who works for him will come up with some half-assed plan or at best a mediocre strategy.
