No one to blame here but Hamas. Israel has tried multiple times over the last 80 plus years to offer land for peace. The Peel partition would have given the Palestinians the majority of the land, they refused. The UN partition, they refused. They made their bed, they can sleep in it.

Dude, HAMAS invaded Israel and slaughtered people. If HAMAS, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad could, they would invaded and kill every Jew, all with Palestinian support. HAMAS militarized the entire GAZA strip. Dug up water pipes to make missiles. It was and is a war.

With Arab support, the Palestinians rejected land partitions plans over and over and over. Believed in the idea "Right of Return" which no war refugees get anywhere. If they had accepted the Peel Commission Plan in 37 they would have come out on top. War sucks when you lose over and over again.
