Trump even admitted he knew Elon had a drug problem and still gave him access to America’s most sensitive information. You’d think DOGE would be dismantled, not embedded. You’d think Elon’s staffers would be investigated. But nothing is happening. Something is off.

To be fair this is exactly how our undemocratic FPTP electoral system is supposed to work in practice. The official opposition is there to oppose everything the government does whether it believes it or not. In more sensible countries elected using PR you tend to get more sensible government.
