To be clear, these “employment opportunities for people with disabilities” is a cash grab pre-privatization. It is legal to pay disabled people less than minimum wage. The majority of these workers make less than $3.50 / hour. DEI seeks equity and opportunity for disabled ppl. This is exploitation.
