Maybe it makes a difference how you personally feel about it but makes no difference whatsoever in how the law should treat it. Or the compassion for the young man.

I've been working on Oscar Wrights Salt River. Last Chance tuning. Maybe these alternative tunings are like crossword puzzles and keep your brain agile.
