The USA U19 women will play the England U19 women tomorrow. USA Cricket has already banned the only journalist covering the team because he made negative comments. Don’t be like the USA, ECB! You can definitely do better.

I've not seen anything about timelines anywhere or funding start dates for T2. The Tier 1 teams seem to have all started from 1st Nov, as did Yorkshire and Kent. So I assumed it would be the same with all Tier 2.
